Group is in hibernation

sorry everyone, but the reading group has closed down for now, as Jan has moved back from Berlin to London.

My next recommendation is The Last Runaway by Tracy Chevalier

I am hoping to come back to Berlin in January or February but I’m moving to London  permanently this weekend.  When I know in more detail, I’ll email everyone with news of my next visit.

I’ve been organising these groups for ten years and have enjoyed every discussion. A big thank you to everyone who has been part of the groups. I’m going to miss you all. Fingers crossed that I can find a way to continue, but I will only be able to come intermittently, not on a regular basis.. 

In the meantime, all the very best for the festive season.

Looking forward to more great discussions. Americanah is a longer novel than we usually read, but it’s well worth the effort!
