A note from Jan…
feedback for red joan – upcoming meetings
Please see the feedback for our discussions on Red Joan by Jennie Rooney.
Our next choice is Americanah by Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie- Winner of the USA National Book Critics Award
Thur 30 Oct at 18.15 at Buchkantine, Dortmunderstr
Mon 3 Nov at 19.30 at my flat; Wed 5th Nov at 18.15 at the Ingeborg Derwitz Library, Schloss Centre, Steglitz; Fri 7th Nov at 10.30 am at the library
I am still sorting out the problems following the unfortunate flood in our flat, I’m 90% certain that I can honour these dates but if I have to change them I will let you know by email.
Looking forward to more great discussions. Americanah is a longer novel than we usually read, but it’s well worth the effort!
All best,
Jan
